Banana & Manuka milk shake

This tastes like a classic banana milk shake made with just a few simple ingredients that kids love and you can feel good about them drinking it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large ripe banana (frozen)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (ideally homemade)
- ½ cup ice
- ¼ tsp of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of Comvita UMF™ 10+ Mānuka honey (add more to taste)
- Small handful of spinach
METHOD
Place everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. This is a little icy and thick when blending but just keep blending, as the ingredients will warm up a little and start to blend well.
I like to keep it thick and have the kids eat it with a spoon like ice cream on a hot summer’s day.
