Elderberry Immunity boosting Tea
Makes 2 drinks
Recipe:
350mL Filtered water
2 scoops of dried elderberries – more for a stronger flavour
Juice of ½ - 1 lemon – depending on flavour (45-80mLs)
1 Tsb (15mL) Comvita Olive Leaf Extract
1 tsp (5g) of Comvita UMF™ 10+ Mānuka honey
Method:
Add lemon & ginger to each mug let seep for a few minutes to release the ginger flavour.
Boil dried elderberries in water for 20 minutes, then strain out the berries.
Stir in lemon juice and Mānuka honey.
Enjoy hot or cold
